I manage around 100 colonies for myself and a dozen or so for clients. I am a non-migratory beekeeper which means I keep my bees in one place most of the year and concentrate on making honey, other hive products, and bees.

I currently have several apiaries in Northwest Philadelphia and several more along the Delaware River. In general the hives along the Delaware make more honey, but the Northwest is my stomping ground.

I can put bees at your house!

We are always looking for new apiary locations. If you have a spot that is easily accessible and at the same time doesn't get a lot of foot traffic, we will be happy to discuss options for keeping bees with you.

If your spot can accomodate four or more hives I can probably place them at my expense and provide you with some honey every year for your trouble.

If you have a smaller spot or would like to get all of the honey I can provide hives for an annual fee.

If you already have hives and would like advice or consultation I provide those services as well.

I will of course come and pick up a swarm if you find one. 

We do not do cut-outs or removals of established colonies in buildings.
